BACKGROUND & CAREER

Hi! My name is Mohd Shah Bin Dolah. I am a Real Estate Agent (PEA 3211) registered with the Malaysian Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Real Estate Agents and Property Managers. I am passionate, intuitive, and customer-oriented. With a single mission to make the real estate market fun, exciting, and smooth for all parties involved. As a dedicated professional at Landsworth Properties Sdn Bhd E(1)1959, I have an extensive background in the industry. I have also fully understood the process of buying, selling, renting, auctions, negotiations, marketing and land development which guarantees a positive experience for each of my clients.

EDUCATION

Born in 1980 in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. I always strive to give a positive impact to each individual and my environment. I have commitment, perseverance, and a strong work ethic that was instilled from a young age. This was the driver for me to obtain a Diploma in Multimedia and Business Computing from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak in 2000, a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Universiti Teknologi Petronas in 2004, and a PPKM (Financial Association of Malaysia) Certificate in 2005. In 2021 I obtained a Real Estate Agency Certificate from the National Appraisal Institute (INSPEN) and then in 2023 I continued the learning process in the field of Master’s (Master’s) in Land Administration & Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai.

CAREER EXPERIENCE

I have spent over a decade working in the Finance Department in the Malaysian Banking industry (2005-2015). I previously held financial management, analysis and marketing positions at financial centers and renowned banks such as Amanah Short Deposit Berhad, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad, Maybank Islamic Bank Berhad and Cagamas Berhad. Then, in 2016, I decided to change course and follow my passion in the real estate industry. I became an award-winning real estate agent and haven’t looked back since.

As established by Act 242 Malaysia, the Valuers, Appraisers, Real Estate Agents and Property Managers Act in the Seventh Schedule (Regulation 48) for the sale and purchase process for real estate from the land and building type (Maximum fee is 3% excluding SST rate).
